Each of our customers has been is welcomed to visit our office and factory in Nanjing City, we are only 15 minutes from the Nanjing airport and 30 minutes from Nanjing South Railway Station. The normal time for an entire custom designed indoor playground is 2 to 3 weeks, with 3-7 working days for initial planning and 3d proposal, and another 1-2 weeks for final designs after revisions. Production takes around 2-3 weeks after the deposit arrives. Also, it takes another 4-6 weeks to ship from Nanjing to your country including customs clearance which depends on how far you are from China. Installation could be finished within 2-4 weeks dependingon how many supervisors are arranged and on the volume of your playground. In this case, you should place the order 10-12 weeks in advance before your opening date. You would need more time if the size of your playground is larger.
What if anything goes wrong with my playground equipments?
We have a strict QC process and check items’ conditions during each production process and before loading. Also, our playground equipmentis covered under the factory warranty and we always ship some spare parts for the more vulnerable sections of the infrastructure. That way, customers can replace them quickly when the components fail. In case the spare part you need is out of stock, we will ship it to you via international express delivery so you can receive the parcel in the fastest possible time. And we do suggest you strictly follow our maintenance manual for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly check.
